These cords are great to hold stitches when you are working on a part of the sweater and wonderful to place your stitches on to try on as you work.
Press the end of the cable onto the tip of the needle and gently slip the stitches to the cable for hold, and vice versa for placing the stitches back onto the needles.
Sold as a set of three cables (1 - 90", 2 - 40") in a tin box.
